Hotel nowy, czysty, w miarę komfortowy. Świetne baseny. Przemiła obsługa. W trakcie pobytu pojawiło się kilka mankamentów. W pokoju była czajnik ale z wtyczką europejską a gniazdko było angielskie wobec czego nie możliwym było zagotowanie wody, czajnik jest bezużyteczny. Dość duże zamieszanie panuje na śniadaniu. Personel rozkłada sztućce na stolikach, w godzinach szczytu nie nadąża z rozkładaniem i nie ma w ogóle sztućców. Przez 4 dni nie widzieliśmy tez na oczy łyżeczek do kawy, mieszaliśmy widelcem. Nie było należy należało na nie długo czekać. Dobrym rozwiązaniem byłoby wydłużenie godzin śniadania, np.6-11. śniadanie w godzinach 7-10 to za krótki czas na tak duży hotel. Jakość śniadań słaba, liczyliśmy na świetne śniadania wybierając Nowotel po bardzo dobrych doświadczeniach w Barcelonie. Byliśmy mocno rozczarowani zarówno różnorodnością jaki i jakością produktów (ogórki i pomidory gorsze niż zimą w Polsce).

Fatalna obsługa na recepcji nie pomocna wcale . Starsza pani blondynka na wstępie zakomunikowała że jest brak pokoi dokonałam bez problemu rezerwacji na booking i przeszłam do pani obok . Była poirytowana wręcz arogancka zakomunikowała i mi że pewnie zaraz zadzwonią i odwołają moją rezerwację i czego ja tam szukam. Nie wchodziłam w dyskusję z nią po prostu poczekałam aż rezerwacja się przetworzy pokój się znalazł rezerwacja wpadła a z panią nie rozmawiałam wcale. Generalnie widać było że chce się tylko pozbyć ludzi.

Hotel nowy, czysty, obsługa miła ale jest kilka mankamentów. Od ulicy jest spory hałas zatem ciężko spać przy otwartym oknie natomiast klimatyzacja nie należy do najcichszych. Śniadania są średnie, wybór jest niewielki a jakość mogłaby być lepsza. Basen na dachu powinien być dłużej otwarty, godzina 18 to zbyt wcześnie na zamykanie.

Bardzo zła organizacja i zarządzanie leżakami przy basenie. goście musza stać w kolejce w upale na długo przed otwarciem strefy basenowej aby zapewnić sobie miejsce, gdyż nie zaplanowano w wysokim sezonie miejsc dla własnych gości. Jest wiele leżaków dodatkowo płatnych pustych aby zmusić gości do dodatkowej opłaty przy zbyt małej podaży już przecież opłaconych w cenie hotelu miejsc. Są meble lub leżaki bez materacy które blokują miejsce na strefę relaksu do wykorzystania dla gości. Manager nie reagował na wskazywane ulepszenia i poprawę komfortu

Hotel zlokalizowany w dobrym miejscu, blisko komunikacji miejskiej. Na dachu jest fajny hotel, niestety "zdobycie" leżaka jest wymagającym wyzwaniem. Rozczarowaniem była czystość pokoju - brudne podłogi, widać że sprzątane na szybko przed oddaniem pokoju do naszego użytku. Monotonne śniadania - codziennie wersja brytyjska.

Plusy : Dobra lokalizacja. Wygodne łóżka. Minusy : Na śniadaniu cały czas brakowało kubków do kawy , przez co goście nalewali ciepłe napoje do szklanek na wodę. Basen zbyt mały na tyle gości hotelowych , rano trzeba stać w kolejce żeby zająć leżak. Niestety zniknęły nam ciuchy z pokoju podczas serwisu sprzątającego, więc nie czuliśmy się bezpiecznie przez cały pobyt. Pierwszy raz nie polecam hotelu z tej sieci.

Jestem bardzo niezadowolona,basen na dachu to totalna poraszka,to nie basen tylko brodzik(zdjęcia na booking zupełnie inne niż w rzeczywistości) brak wystarczającej ilości leżaków,walka codziennie o leżaki ,od 8.30 trzeba odstać aby zarezerwować leżak.Pan który wydaje ręcziki przy basenie zawsze się spóźniał i w dodatku był totalnym chamem.Nie wolno wnieść na basen nawet swojej wody ,natomiast jak coś zamówiłyśmy przy basenie to trzeba było czekać 1h. Chore regulaminy-to nie wakacje tylko totalna porażka ,brak miejsc na stołówce,śniadania to jakiś żart(jajecznica z proszku) -odchorowałyśmy.Pan który odchaczał ludzi wchodzących na stołówkę nie miły i w dodatku jak córka chciała wziąść banana na zewnątrz to kazał odłożyć ,poczułyśmy się jak złodziejik no bo przecież nie zapłaciłyśmy za pobyt ze śniadaniem.Totalnie odradzam ten hotel ,będę walczyć o odszkodowanie.

Hotel sprawia dobre wrażenie, chociaż obite od wózków osługowych ściany i drzwi na korytarzach robią słabe wrażenie. Świetny jest basen na dachu. Bardzo dobre jest też położenie hotelu w dzielnicy Slima. Ze względu na status dostaliśmy upgrade pokoju, ale na czym on miał ostatecznie polegać - nie wiem. Zamiast jednego, były 2 pokoje, ale w drugim był tylko ekspres do kawy i mały stolik. Cały pokój był pusty. Na co komu taki pokój...? No i wreszcie najsłabsza rzecz: śniadania. Szkoda, że w hotelu tej klasy ciągle czegoś brakowało, mleko w ekspresach na kawę miało smak jakby było z proszku (a nie naturalne), a także nie było w ogóle opcji zamówienia omletu. Na koniec (a może na początek) podczas check-inu nie zostałem poinformowany o welcome drinku. Gdy o niego zapytałem, powiedziano mi, że go nie ma. Okazało się, że mam w aplikacji, ale sam to musiałem sprawdzić i sam się o to upomnieć.

Mamy mieszane uczucia z pobytu. Z jednej strony bardzo życzliwy i pomocny serwis w recepcji z drugiej raczej niemiły serwis na basenie i restauracji na dachu budynku. Sporo zakazów i nakazów. Śniadania na bardzo średnim poziomie. Brak jakiejkolwiek informacji w czasie alarmu pożarowego. Obsługa poinformowała nas później że czujniki są zbyt czułe i działają wszystkie naraz a jeden z gości brał gorący prysznic. To stresująca sytuacja.
