We loved our stay as a family here. It was nice and quiet at the end of December. It was a great location - only 15 minutes drive from the airport and a nice 20 minute walk into the centre. It felt very safe, and we found walking at night to be fine. Lots of scooters and taxis/ubers/bolts around, but we walked everywhere which was fine. The rooms were decorated really nicely, with nice big beds. The orange theme that ran through the hotel was really chic. The showers were massive and the included shower gel and shampoo was helpful. The room included a sofa, TV and a safe. Although, if we were there for longer than 3 nights, we wouldn’t have had space to hang clothes as there was only 6 hangers and 2 shelves. The drinking fountains that also provided hot water compensated for the lack of a kettle in the room. We liked the breakfast, and found there to be a range of options, including dairy free milk. The pastries were very nice. The staff were all really helpful and spoke great English. We got this for a bargain price and couldn’t recommend enough, at least for a December break.

The hotel is huge and a quick walk from Santa Justa train station, the main one in Sevilla. The room we got, 325 was large and well appointed. Despite this being a large hotel with numerous rooms per floor, the rooms are sound proofed to perfection, which was much appreciated. Breakfast was good, quite varied and plentiful. The restaurant on the fourth floor offers good drinks but the food leaves much to be desired and the prices are ridiculous. We opted to eat in great restaurants and cafes around the hotel, which offered excellent choices for reasonable prices. The housekeeping staff does a wonderful job, our room was cleaned to perfection every day during our week’s long stay.

Good hotel, very modern and clean. Handy for walk into the city centre, even handier for the no. 27 bus, which takes you to the centre in about 15 minutes. Handy underground parking, good breakfast.

The property is located at 10 min walk to the Santa Justa Train Station with taxi and uber(s) available. The staff is very friendly and always are willing to assist. The breakfast was awesome. The property count with spacious rooms, very comfortable and cleans. In addition this facility has a pool with bar and snack bar in the 4th floor open until midnight. Great option for those that want to visit Sevilla and are taking train(s) / taxi / uber(s) has transportation method.

My second and definitely last stay in that hotel. The few Pros are: early check-in and late check-out (but as an Accor Platinum Member that’s standard worldwide), breakfast is not bad (but there is a big BUT… ), some staff is nice (but there is also a big BUT… ). The many Cons are: I booked the more expensive superior room. Unfortunately, these rooms are all facing the noisy busy street. The windows are not soundproof and even worse, they cannot be closed properly. I changed my room (and the staff who assisted me with that was very friendly), but in the new room it was even worse. Sleeping without earplugs is definitely impossible because of the constant traffic noise. And probably much more noise especially in summer at weekends when Spanish are partying outside until early morning. Breakfast is not bad, but already at 7am it was difficult to find a free table. The breakfast area is much too small for hundreds of hotel guests. Don‘t expect a relaxing beautiful breakfast atmosphere. But what you can expect are unfortunate ants which are strolling around on the buffet. That’s really bad, but the truth. Can happen, but shouldn’t happen. Housekeeping is okay, but they forgot to replace the used plastic cups and coffee sachets in my room after the first night. I asked the housekeeping ladies and they gave me cups and coffee. Amazingly, after the second night, again they didn’t replace the coffee and the cups. So I went down to the reception to ask for new coffee and new cups. Shockingly, a young boy at the reception who obviously played to be receptionist refused to provide coffee and to give me new cups. He informed me that coffee is not provided after the first night. He told me that even if I stay for three nights I get coffee sachets in my room only at the first night. That’s unbelievable rude, and the arrogant attitude of this young boy was beyond everything. I asked for his supervisor or front office manager. He refused to call someone, he told me there is nobody available. At a Saturday afternoon in a fully booked hotel with hundreds of rooms, what a story. Luckily, there was a lady working at the bar. I informed her about what happened and with an arrogant face she promised to send coffee sachets to my room. Nobody should excuse this rude behaviour by the fact that this young boy who is playing front office manager is an apprentice. The one who put this boy at the reception has to be blamed. The room rate for my room was almost 200 Euro per night, in low season in November. That’s comparable to New York. Probably that’s the most expensive Ibis Styles I have ever been. In a room rate of 200 Euro a sachet of coffee for 10 Cents should be included. Having to discuss about a coffee sachet as a loyal Accor customer with a badly behaved young boy is a real shame, it's rude and totally unacceptable. Sevilla is packed with beautiful hotels, in the future I will stay somewhere else, hoping not to have to discuss with badly behaved young boys.
