The check in left much to be desired. We were waiting a long time while they were chatting amongst themselves. Even though I had asked for a room at a higher floor at booking, my request was ignored. If your room outlooks the street, there is quite a bit of noise coming in. Even though breakfast ends at 10:30, they would start removing the food at 10:20.

Hotel is very clean. Staff is courteous. Rooms are clean, good sized and easy to find. Hotel is 1 mile from Seville Cathedral and the city center. Not many restaurants close. Better restaurants are found on Alameda, 20 minutes walking distance away.

Pretty nice hotel, special shoutout to Laura at reception who was very helpful. Room was spacious and clean, bathroon was fine, nice big shower The only complaint I had was that the air con was centrally controlled so we couldn't make the room cooler. We questioned this and were told that in the winter you can only get heating and in the summer only cooling. This was disappointing as even in Jan the room was too warm for us. One of the two windows could be opened but it was quite noisy outside so we didn't really want to have the window open. Speaking of temperature a notice in the lift seemed to indicate that the hotel thought 25 degrees was a perfect room temp ! That's way too high, 20 degrees is more like it IMO. Other than the temperature we were very happy with the stay. Breakfast was good and it was a short walk to the Luis De Morales tram stop which takes you in to town.
