Lovely hotel, just over 2km walk from city centre. Clean, spacious bedroom (Executive) with comfortable bed, and everything as described on Accor website. Bathroom was clean and spacious too, with an opening window - a really pleasant surprise. Water pressure in shower could have been better (we were on the 7th floor), but sufficient to have a shower. Staff were friendly and helpful - when I asked for extra caffeinated coffee pods instead of decaf. Lovely roof terrace, although the pool is not massive - about 2.5m x 12m and unheated (normal for Spain). Great location for metro to city centre (41 cents for single journey using Tap On/Tap Off with contactless credit/debit card). Good access too, for bus to airport. Hotel is located very close to Seville FC's Ramon Sanchez-Pizjuan Stadium so perfect for going to the match, but you will hear the noise of the crowd on matchdays. Carrefour supermarket in nearby Nervion shopping centre - I didn't have the hotel breakfast due to food allergies.

This is a Lovley hotel, however there were a few things that let it down. Only one bathrobe in the room, workmen started working at 8.30 and the noise woke us up( time difference) then another set were working on the stair well opposite our room. Very noisy We spoke to reception at the time. Who took a note. Breakfast was ok, apart from the “ family section “ that’s was all fried and chocolate sause for a hotel pushing environmental I was surprised by this. You could get a very similar selection from the cafe below the hotel, don’t think we would have had breakfast included if we had known this. One night there was a football match on, great experience but the hotel bar was mobbed. The pool area and guy on the bar up there were both excellent and so was the parking, bit of a walk into town but easy and flat. We walked to Atavico Gastronomia Ancestral for dinner one night which was fantastic.

Excellent hotel in an even better location. The breakfast is very tasty and varied, the rooms are spacious, the cleanliness is on poiIt. Very important that if you are coming by car, the hotel has provided parking spaces in the underground garage...nt. The staff is extremely friendly, if we visit Seville again we will return to this hotel.

An unfortunate situation. With my 15 year old son we had 3 nights in Seville. The weather is 30 Celsius, do we look for a hôtel with outdoor Space and an outdoor pool on booking.com. We book and pay 980€ for 3 nights at the Novotel. When we arrive at the hotel we learn that the entire outdoor area and pool are closed. Having already paid for the entire 3 nights, the reception just apologises and says they cannot do anything. We have asked to cancel the second and third nights, but they will not do it. The rooms are ageing and the beds do not have not hotel grade mattresses.

Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay with us. I am sorry that your stay had been marred by the opening schedule of our rooftop pool area. We open this area from May to September as indicated on our website and do not open on punctual days as we do need several days to ready this area and to ensure compliance to local regulation. Novotel hotel located in the heart of Seville. About 20 min to the old town, monuments and amazing parks. Spacious rooms with a double bed and a fold-out sofa. Comfortable beds. Very helpful staff. Daily additions of water, drinks: cola and beer. Tea set. Clean and quiet. The decor of the breakfast place is pleasant, with lots of greenery. The only thing we would suggest for breakfast is to add elements of Andalusian cuisine, such as olives, cucumbers or tortillas. Right next to the hotel there are bus stops and a few steps away: metro/tram. Next to it is a large shopping center: including pubs, bars, restaurants and shops. At the back of the hotel you can see the FC Sevilla stadium. A successful stay, we recommend it.
