Hotel und Service waren super! Das Frühstück war grandios! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und uns wurde jederzeit geholfen. Hervorheben möchten wir gerne Brian Sutton, den Concierge. Er hat uns viele tolle Tipps gegeben und war sehr bemüht. Er lebt und liebt seinen Job und ist ein zauberhafter und hilfsbereiter Mensch! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Un hôtel extraordinaire dans un grand parc. C'est immense. Les chambres sont superbes et confortable. L'aéroport est à 30 minutes. L'acceuil est trsè agréable, su besoin il y a du personnel qui parle francais. La restauration sur place est bonne et le service est de qualité. Il y a un immense parking. Nous ne sommes pas restés assez longtemps pour profiter de tout<.

Schon der Checkin dauerte etwas länger. Dann würde ich zum Zimmer begleitet, Aber so 30 m vor dem Zimmer, meinte der Herr da vorne rechts ist ihr Zimmer. Eine Begleitung zum Zimmer, fand also nicht statt. Im Zimmer angekommen war auch keine Willkommen Karte und kein Willkommensgeschenk wie es sonst in allen Accor Hotels üblich ist und auch als Platinum member garantiert wird. Weil ein Feiertag war, war auch das Schwimmbad nur bis 20:00 Uhr geöffnet und ich hatte mich schon so sehr noch auf ein schönes Bad gefreut. Als Restaurant stand auch nur eines zur Verfügung. Das Steak war perfekt gebraten, aber leider anscheinend im Discounter gekauft, da es hart war. Da ich keine Lust hatte, am nächsten Abend wieder in diesem Restaurant zu essen, habe ich den Aufenthalt auf eine Nacht verkürzt. Wie üblich begleiche ich meine Rechnung vor dem Checkout. Leider konnte ich aber dort keine Rechnung erhalten, die auch eine Rechnungsnummer hatte. Nun wollte ich auch mal mit dem Manager sprechen und ihm meine Erfahrungen mitteilen, er hat sich aber innerhalb von 3 Stunden nicht bei mir gemeldet. Auch beim Check out war er nicht zu sprechen. Das finde ich sehr schade, dass das Management keine Interesse an Problemen hat. Hier wird anscheinend von oben sehr gespart nach der Devise. Geiz ist geil.

Wir sind nach der Landung in Dublin, Übernahme der Autos, Klarkommen mit dem Verkehr in dieses wunderschöne Hotel gefahren. Es war der erste Tag unserer Irlandrundreise. Hier passt Alles: Lage, Empfang, Zimmer, Service, Gastronomie. Die Umgebung ist umwerfend, auch wenn man kein Golfer ist. Wenn man so oben startet… Wir wären gern länger geblieben.
