Excellent service. Perfect ambiance especially for this kind of weather and I would like to mention Saddam of Orangery Cafe who gave us a warm welcome and proactively take care of our needs. Good job! I would love to recommend this place and definitely coming back soon

We had cappuccino at la cigale hotel orangery cafe and it was good. Thanks for the amazing service Saddam Husein. The ambience is amazing and the staff is very kind and helpful. Hope we'll come back again. They have decaf option as well for the coffee.

As a member of the Accor group, I was probably thinking that having booked an executive room through the app, it would be better than this. It sells itself as having an executive lounge but are directed to the sky bar where you are limited to two drinks and two snacks from a very poor choice. If this had been articulated at booking, I would have used my points at the Pullman! I've only given some stars as the lady trying to help is very pleasant and the room, with no offer of an upgrade is good. Having discussed it with the team, hoping for some information and resolution, I now understand that the executive rooms are on floor 5&6 and I'm on floor 1.

Good service, nice staff Reception are helpful, many complementary options in rooms and in spa. Confortable rooms International varieties of food, Excellent gym and spa ( ozone) But no highlighted efforts for sustainable ecology No specific time or place in gym for veiled women.
