We very much appreciate you for taking the time to share with us your feedback regarding your stay and we're happy to hear that everything went well. Thank you for letting us know your experience, as part of hotel's check - out procedure, our Front Office team will send a staff to the room to ensure that no belongings of the guest were left and to confirm mini bar items before finalizing check out, which sometimes but not usually, may take a little time.
