Me gustó la habitación en general, no me gustó que el restaurante estuviera tan escondido, las mesas para desayunar no eran confortables.

Despues del mundial pude estar unos dias alli y estuve muy a gusto, todo limpio y ordenado, la gente del check in muy competentes, los del Concierge FABULOSOS y el personal de limpieza magnificos. Espero volver en otra oportunidad.

Todo fue bien hasta el check out, íbamos muy apurados y Karen nos atendió, me preguntó si habiamos comido algo del mini bar, le dije que un chocolate. Me pregunto si sabia el tipo de chocolate y como no lo sabia… me hizo espetar hasta que lo verificaron… Una vergüenza, hemos pagado 1000€ la noche y me hacen esperar por un chocolate de 2€? Aparte tenian mi tarjeta con un deposito de 200€ . Hay mucha oferta de hoteles en Qatar… y ni siquiera tiene buena localización. Debo volver en dos semanas a Qatar con mi familia, no iré a este hotel
