Abbiamo soggiornato una notte perché eravamo di passaggio. Nell’insieme posso dare un giudizio positivo. Solo un paio di appunti: il garage sotterraneo è comodo ma non ha accesso diretto alla reception, bisogna risalire la discesa con tutti i bagagli. Per arrivare dall’entrata alla reception ci sono 7/8 gradini, non comodissimo se si hanno difficoltà motorie o bagagli pesanti. In bagno non ci sono appoggi per beauty-case. Colazione buona. Per una notte di passaggio lo consiglio, a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro.

Buon punto di partenza per visitare Lubecca a piedi, ma comunque facile da raggiungere per chi viaggia in auto, i posti auto a pagamento nel garage della struttura sono comodi ma non prenotabili. Stanza e bagno puliti e alquanto spaziosi.

Camera discreta ma si potrebbe riammodernare, albergo in buona posizione per il centro. Utile il parcheggio.

La cosa strana e inusuale, in tre giorni per due volte, un tuttofare dell'albergo voleva entrare in camera per lavori, controlli, mi chiedo non poteva farlo mentre facevano le pulizie? Mi è sembrata un' azione di disturbo, eravamo antipatici?

Our technician had to carry out maintenance work in your room during your stay and only entered your room once. He had knocked on your door and you invited him in. We regret that you felt disturbed by this. Unfortunately, it is not possible for all maintenance work to take place at the same time as the room cleaning. At Mercure, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. Camera spaziosa e molto pulita, rapidità nel check in e out, trovato parcheggio davanti all’hotel (e abbiamo potuto lasciare le nostre biciclette nel garage). Personale gentile e disponibile a fornire indicazioni utili. Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte, ed è andato tutto benissimo
