Hotel situato un po' lontano dal centro (20 minuti a pedi), la zona non sembra un gran chè, ma è molto tranquilla. Camere standard come tutti gli IBIS. Pulizia come sempre all'altezza della catena. Possibilità di parcheggio chiuso nel sotterraneo (auto/moto) - da prenotare prima. Personale molto gentile.

I am honestly shocked by my experience at this hotel. We were charged €32 for bringing two tiny chihuahuas (16€ per day), supposedly because “daily disinfection” of the room was required. We stayed two nights, yet the room was not cleaned or even refreshed once. When I complained to the staff, their only response was that they “couldn’t do anything” and that they would clean the next day – which was our departure day, so completely pointless. This is the first time something like this has ever happened to me in the Accor chain, and it was truly embarrassing. The hotel itself is poorly maintained: the elevator shakes and makes scary noises, the cleanliness is very poor (dust everywhere in the room), and the overall atmosphere feels neglected. Despite being advertised as a city hotel, it is over 1 km from the center, in an inconvenient and not particularly pleasant area. To make matters worse, the staff was rude and dismissive throughout our stay. An overall disappointing and embarrassing experience – definitely not what you expect from an Accor hotel.
