Dear Mr. Paul, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the size and the view of our room. Regarding the swimming pool, we would like to provide some additional information. Unlike traditional pools that use chlorine for water sanitization, we use ionized salt, which offers added benefits for your skin. We appreciate your feedback, and we will make sure this information is clearly communicated across all our sales channels so our guests are fully informed. In relation to the reused towels, we will address this matter with our team to ensure that our hygiene standards are maintained. We fully agree with you that hygiene is of utmost importance to us. Lastly, we are truly sorry to hear about your experience with our Reception team. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide. If possible, we would appreciate it if you could share more details about the situation so we can take the necessary steps to improve. It’s understandable that a busy workload can affect the team’s enthusiasm, but your feedback highlights an important area for improvement. I’m glad to hear that Ms. Ly Vu handled your concerns professionally and with kindness. It’s unfortunate that the reservation system didn’t reflect your Accor Plus benefits correctly, but it’s great that you could still enjoy your stay. Your positive comments about the ocean-facing room, the private beach, and the excellent breakfast are much appreciated.
