Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your stay at Mercure Vung Tau. ​We genuinely appreciate your specific insights, as they help us look at our services and facilities from a guest's perspective. Please allow us to address the points you mentioned: ​Regarding the armchair: We have well noted your feedback about the design and comfort of the armchair in your room. This has been passed on to our Housekeeping and Maintenance teams to inspect and consider more suitable adjustments or setups for our guests' maximum comfort. ​Regarding the lighting system: We are sorry to hear that the master switch caused some confusion. This master switch near the bedside is specially designed to allow guests to conveniently turn off all the lights in the room at once from the comfort of their bed, without having to get up and walk to multiple individual switches. ​Regarding the room service/cleaning on Saturday: We have thoroughly investigated this with our Housekeeping team. Our records show that the "Do Not Disturb" (DND) switch was turned on at your room during the day. Out of respect for your privacy, our attendants could not enter to service the room. We apologize if this led to any misunderstanding or made you feel forgotten, as that was certainly not our intention. ​Thank you once again for your sincerity and kindness. We sincerely regret that your experience was mixed and that several aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Please accept our apologies for the cleanliness issues you encountered upon arrival and during the initial days of your stay. This is certainly not the standard we aim to deliver. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we are pleased to hear that the situation improved after your feedback. Your comments have been shared with our housekeeping team to prevent similar issues in the future. We are also very sorry for the disturbance caused by private events during weekends and holidays. We understand how important peace and comfort are, especially for longer stays, and we regret that the noise impacted your experience despite closed doors and windows. Regarding the breakfast service, we acknowledge that our restaurant team did not manage the high occupancy levels as efficiently as expected.
