Overall, we loved our stay and look forward to a return visit. My one complaint is that the toiletries were out and the room phone was disconnected. When we went to the front desk to ask for more toiletries they left the full sized new bottles on our sink in the plastic wrap instead of replacing.

Valet cost $45/nt to park car in an uncovered structure across the street. Valet offered no help with bags despite seeing me struggle. Our front door was broken and wouldn’t close from the outside. Our shower button was broken. We called downstairs & asked if room service could bring us cutlery. Front desk said “i can get you what you need but you need to come downstairs.” Upon checkout, the hotel attempted to charge an extra night worth of valet. Instead of apologizing, she asked “well did you have someone else valet?” When i told front desk about all the problems we had with our stay, no apology was offered. This is only the second review I’ve ever written. That’s how disgusted i am with the service i received. I will never be back to 21c and will not be recommending the hotel to any friends or family. All of your staff need MAJOR hospitality training. The audacity to charge $616 for a stay like the one i had…I don’t know how you can do that with a straight face.

We had 12 rooms that family and friends reserved for Zakary Littrell’s Wedding. When I made my reservation for my nephew’s honeymoon suite communication was very poor. I asked at the time of making the reservation if there was a romance package I could purchase or if I could pay additional to have something set up since it was after their wedding. I was told that was not possible. I asked about paying for having coffee sent to their room and I was once again told it was not possible that they can make their own coffee since the rooms come with coffee makers-that was not the experience I wanted for them. I always stated that I would pay additional for those services. I did have the information added to the reservation notes and my nephew did speak to someone in person, so a bottle of champagne was put in their room. Several others had concerns about the lack of assistance with luggages / or at least just getting the luggage cart, but then being ask to bring it downstairs? The hotel rooms are very nice, but as a frequent traveler and international traveler the experience begins with the reservation and it includes the whole experience.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were nice and well furnished with comfy beds and the lobby area was really fun. We enjoyed looking at all the art and playing shuffleboard in the lobby. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the bartenders know how to pour an incredible drink! Will definitely be back!
