Beds are wonderfully comfortable as are the pillows. Our room had everything we needed albeit a bit small. The only downside was that the bathroom light was linked to an unbearably loud air conditioner so we were unable to have any light for overnight bathroom stops.

We booked directly with the hotel for a wheelchair accessible room, although the bathroom was excellent and accessible (a small lip at the door entry) this was at the expense of the room size. My partner in a manual wheelchair could really only move in one direction of the main room/bedroom/coffee making area, we pushed the bed over against the wall so he could fit down the side to bed able to get into bed there was no room for him to access coffee facilities located at the end of the bed end as it was just to tight of a fit in a manual wheelchair. I had to climb over him if I need to move past him with us both in the room,We were disappointed with the accessible room. The email we recieved indicated that 'standard' rooms had a balcony when questioned if we could be moved to a bigger accessible room we were told they were all the same size and none had balconies.. indicating that people who need to use accessible rooms must not be worthy of being able to see a view or use a balcony.
