Il soggiorno al Fairmont Tokyo è stato semplicemente straordinario. Già dal momento in cui si entra nella lobby e si arriva alla reception si percepisce immediatamente di essere accolti in una realtà davvero speciale: un ambiente elegante, raffinato e perfettamente organizzato. Il personale è stato impeccabile sotto ogni punto di vista — tutti i ragazzi alla reception, così come lo staff in generale, si sono dimostrati estremamente gentili, disponibili, cordiali e altamente competenti. È raro trovare un livello di ospitalità così autentico e professionale allo stesso tempo. Le camere sono splendide: eleganti, curate nei minimi dettagli e con una vista mozzafiato su tutta Tokyo, che rende ogni risveglio un’esperienza incredibile. Anche l’offerta gastronomica è eccezionale. La scelta dei ristoranti all’interno dell’hotel è davvero ampia e di altissimo livello, capace di soddisfare qualsiasi preferenza culinaria. Uno degli aspetti che ho apprezzato di più è stata senza dubbio la spa, semplicemente straordinaria. La piscina è spettacolare, ma quella all’aperto è davvero qualcosa di unico, con una vista impareggiabile sulla Tokyo Tower. All’interno si trovano tutti i servizi immaginabili: spa, bagno turco, vasca onsen, vasca ghiacciata e aree relax curate alla perfezione. Tutto è pensato per offrire un’esperienza di benessere completa. Durante questo viaggio ho avuto modo di soggiornare anche in hotel molto rinomati come il Peninsula e il Bulgari Hotel di Tokyo. Sebbene si tratti di strutture prestigiose, il Fairmont mi è sembrato decisamente più moderno, fresco e all’avanguardia. L’impressione generale è che giochi davvero in un’altra lega, sia per qualità degli spazi che per livello di servizio. Un hotel che riesce a combinare lusso, comfort, design e ospitalità impeccabile in modo davvero raro.

Posizione con vista spettacolare, sia lato baia che lato Tokyo Tower, molto suggestiva la infinity pool sia interna che esterna, ambienti drlle aree comuni di grande design, camere ampie e confortevoli. Ristorazione di ottimo livello. Andrebbe implementata la scelta della colazione per ospiti occidentali.
