Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel !! La chambre était spacieuse, très propre et confortable. Le personnel était très agréable. Le petit déjeuner était juste incroyable avec beaucoup de diversité et des commandes possibles (pancake, gaufres, œufs …)

Ottima posizione, bello l'hotel, belle e silenziose le camere (letto e doccia fantastici), pulizia ineccepibile, ottimo cibo, personale gentilissimo, vicinissimo alla stazione, e quindi comodissimo per i mezzi di trasporto.... Si possono solo fare i complimenti! Devo dire che sono un'affezionata cliente della catena Pullman (Berlino, Sydney, Seul, Singapore, Rotorua, Tokyo) e non sono mai stata delusa.

e l’accueil à la chambre en passant par le petit déjeuner, tout est exceptionnel dans cet hôtel. C’est un hôtel très à la hauteur du luxe qu’il promet. Les chambres sont tes bien équipées, d’une propreté irréprochable, très bien insonorisées et très bien équipées. Le lounge est très beau, petit mais très agréable avec un excellente service de Kim. Quant au petit déjeuner c’est un buffet premium avec un service de haute qualité, rien ne manque, tout est délicieux. L’hôtel est très bien placé à côté du métro et face a un centre commercial charmant. Donc cet hôtel est parfait pour votre séjour à Tokyo.

La habitación estaba fenomenal. No le faltaba detalle. Buena iluminación, buen armario, el colchón y la cama muy cómodos, las toallas muy buenas, la ducha con un caudal enorme. Había secador, plancha y hasta báscula de baño. El desayuno es de los mejores que recuerdo, con una variedad extraordinaria y con muy buena oferta de productos hechos a la carta: Benedictine, tortillas, etc. Por poner un pero, sería la cena, con muy poca variedad para tratarse de un Hotel de 5 estrellas. La verdad es que nos alegramos de no haber comprado Media pensión, porque la cena no estaba a la altura
