Ottima posizione, bello l'hotel, belle e silenziose le camere (letto e doccia fantastici), pulizia ineccepibile, ottimo cibo, personale gentilissimo, vicinissimo alla stazione, e quindi comodissimo per i mezzi di trasporto.... Si possono solo fare i complimenti! Devo dire che sono un'affezionata cliente della catena Pullman (Berlino, Sydney, Seul, Singapore, Rotorua, Tokyo) e non sono mai stata delusa.

L’hotel è nuovo, molto ben curato in posizione strategica vicino a diverse linee della metropolitana. Colazione perfetta. Faccio però i seguenti appunti: 1) Il problema del ristorante che chiude troppo presto (alle 20:30 non ti fanno più accedere) 2) Executive lounge: pochissimo cibo a disposizione Faccio un plauso al personale della reception molto gentile e professionale Un grazie particolare a: SHINPEI KUSHIDA per la grande disponibilità nel risolvere un problema

Complessivamente una buona esperienza. Ottima la posizione per muoversi tramite la jr yamanote. Buona colazione, ma poche opzioni di cucina giapponese. In generale i servizi offerti dalla struttura sono pochi se paragonati con altri hotel della zone, praticamente sono solo l'accesso ad una piccola palestra e a un rooftop bar che però è aperto pochi giorni alla settimana per poche ore. Di bassa qualità la connessione wifi in camera. Viene dichiarato come un 5 stelle ma lo reputo essere inferiore a molti 4 stelle della zona. Decisamente eccessivo il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Dall'accoglienza ai saluti abbiamo ricevuto un servizio impeccabile. Camere accoglienti, pulite e degne di un albergo di lusso. Posizione perfetta, proprio nelle vicinanze della stazione JR e vicino anche alla metro. È la seconda volta che soggiorno qui con la mia famiglia e ci torneremo!
