From the moment we walked in I felt so welcomed. Reception was friendly, informative & happily swapped our room to a lower floor. We stayed on a b&b basis & couldn’t have been more catered too when we arrived for breakfast each morning. A great selection of hot & cold options. Various drinks & so many places to eat both inside & out. BedRooms are spacious, clean and well thought out. Lots of mirrors & light. Balconies are a good size with table and 2 chairs. All rooms overlook the pool/garden are. Every part of this hotel is spotlessly clean and the cleaners are about all day. Each floor smells amazing with tables and scents. Nothing was too much trouble and all staff were courteous and kind. There is no mad rush to the sunbeds as they don’t allow anyone to go on them till 9am Lots of space and plenty to go around . It’s been my first stay here but certainly won’t be my last . I stayed here with my autistic, tube fed daughter & I could not have been happier with this hotel & her first experience abroad. Highly recommended to friends and family. Especially those with sen children/young adults. Close to amenities without the noise. Close to the beach too. Perfect location

Mercure Benidorm is located near the playa del mal pas and is slightly away from the busy downtown area. It is about 30 minutes walk to the bus terminal and 15 mins walk to the Benidorm tram station. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and the facilities and service were excellent. On the day of our check-out, we had to leave very early and the reception even arranged for our breakfast to be packed into a small bag for us to bring along on our journey. I will definitely return to Mercure Benidorm again.

We are really glad to know that you did appreciate our gastronomic selection and our convenient location near the Old Town and Poniente beach. Regarding the room inconvenient, we have a few disabled rooms which accomplish Spanish regulations for this type of room and hotel, based on Tourism and Accommodation establishment regulations in Spain, and approved in this case by the Valencian Government. However, any suggestion or feedback received will definitely be taken into consideration for future improvements, specially for this kind of room, as we aim to provide a great experience to customers with mobility difficulties, offering them facilities which meet their needs. Professional helpful staff make a great stay

Katie flew out from the UK alone and needed a safe relaxing stay while she waited for me to arrive by motorcycle days later. When I arrived she was very happy with the hotel and all the staff. I have to thank Miguel on reception as when I met him on arrival he made a weary traveler feel welcome and he helped Katie with an airport transfer. Alfredo was also very helpful with the security of my motorcycle. The hotel was as good as expected and housekeeping do a great job. Miguel is a great ambassador for Mercure hotels and we will return later in the year
