Nice and clean but quite a few of the basics were wrong.

First, the good things. Clean room and particularly clean bathroom with a very good shower. Decent breakfast, although not the best. Very helpful staff. However, there was a lot wrong with the room. The lighting was dreadful and the room was gloomy. The bedside lights were over the bedside shelf and not designed to enable you to read in bed. There was one reading lamp, on the desk. We booked a large double room but there was only one large chair and one small one at the desk. A small coffee table was useless with no chairs. A tiny, tiny wardrobe and literally no drawers or shelves for the rest of your clothes - so the chairs were not much use for sitting as they were draped with our clothes. The kettle didn't work very well and was in a cubby hole where you couldn't see to pour the water. There was no full length mirror and the mirror in the bathroom was so badly placed that your face was in complete darkness. There was nowhere to check that you looked half decent before you went outside. The room is meant to look as though a lot of attention has been paid to style but it is all for appearances and doesn't work well for the guests. Why would you paint the walls of the corridors black? It makes no sense. And please clean off the grafitti on the walls and put up a nice, large sign showing the hotel name.

Unterdurchschnittliches Accor Hotel, nicht wieder !!!

Das Hotelgebäude ist von außen mit Graffiti besprüht und der Schriftzug des Hotels kaum erkennbar, da viel zu klein ! Der Safe im Zimmer hat nicht funktioniert, Das Wasser in der Dusche ist nicht abgelaufen, das Kopfende des Bettes war mit einer Schraube improvisiert zusammengeflickt. Es gab keine Klimaanlage, weswegen wir die Fenster öffnen mußten, weswegen es wiederum ( weil unser Zimmer zur Straße hin lag ) total laut war, und nicht möglich ruhig zu schlafen. Beim Frühstück gab es leider keinen Orangensaft. Im Flur flackerte eine Lampe, wie im Gruselkabinett. Die ins Alter gekommenen Flurteppiche haben extrem komisch gerochen und waren mit Flecken verunreinigt. Alles in allem eine Enttäuschung. Wir sind langjährige Kundschaft bei Accor Hotels und waren stets durchweg zufrieden, da gewisse Qualitätsstandards eingehalten werden, aber dieses Hotel fiel leider negativ aus der Reihe. Nachdem wir uns über all dies beim sehr freundlichen Personal beschwert haben, gab es ein alternatives Zimmer für uns, das wesentlich größer und schöner eingerichtet war, und ruhig zum Hof hinaus im 5.Stock lag. Hätten wir dies nicht bekommen wären wir am selben Tag wieder abgereist. So aber, war es in Ordnung.

I slept well though paper walls . My room with double bed was quite small. Toilet sitting position is impossible for obese people. Shower was ok with leak . There is a fridge and safe in the room. Weird paint on one of the walls was not good idea. Before dark ok but after dark with lights on it looks dirty (which is not) like in a cellar. Breakfast was ok, pancakes were highlight. Weird reception but nice staff. I had pleasant stay.

Wir waren für eine Übernachtung anlässlich eines Städtetrips in dem Hotel. Die Empfangsdame war supernett, das Zimmer ungewöhnlich groß, sehr sauber und die Betten sehr bequem! Was will man mehr...? Frühstück hatten wir nicht gebucht und kann somit nicht bewertet werden.

Somos uma família de 4 pessoas e ficamos em dois quartos compartilhando o mesmo banheiro, por muitas vezes faltou insumos no banheiro. Percebemos que a colcha não era trocada, pois a mesma mancha que tinha em uma delas ficou conosco por 12 dias. O chão tinha muito pó de baixo da cama. Precisam melhorar esta experiência. As arrumadeiras muito simpáticas, a recepção cordial, o café da manhã é muito bom, mas precisa ter mais variedade todos os dias é a mesma opção.
