Dear Fleur, Thank you for your kind compliments. We are delighted to hear that the service of our team, our excellent location and cozy rooms were the highlights of your stay with us. Other than Kallang MRT station which is a short 12 mins walk from our hotel, there are also many buses which you can take from our doorstep for direct access to city center. There are also many affordable eateries and restaurants in the vicinity that continue to operate into the wee hours of the morning. We had taken note of your feedback and would like to apologise for our oversight. We regularly conduct checks to ensure our towels are clean and new. When we find exhausted or stained towel, they are removed and replaced with new ones for our guests' use. It is our pleasure to be of service to you and we look forward to serving you again.
