When I arrived there was a dead cat before the entrance to the hotel. I informed the the manager about the cat hoping they would remove it. When I left the next day the dead cat was still there.... At the breakfast table there were flies everywhere, on the peeled eggs, on the bread, on the butter on the cheese , on the meat. The room was dirty, dust and crumbs and stains and sticky tables.
Luckily the hotel staff were nice as the hotel isn’t. The swimming pool was dirty, I fished out a clump of hair, half the sun loungers were broken. On arrival I was told that the restaurant wasn’t serving dinner so I had to order takeaway pizza as you cannot access anything on foot. Lots of long term guests staying at hotel , all male boat crews which leads to a strange atmosphere.
A very lucky find!
We had planned a week long trip to Corsica, and needed a place to stow our rental car during this time. We did have to leave some items in the car, so safety was a priority. We couldn't have been more satisfied with The Greet. Our room though sparse was adequate for the price. They have a small bar and serve pizza and a bit of bar food. We had decided to skip our last night in Narbonne, losing our evening there in exchange for arriving near to the airport to catch our early morning flight for Corsica. This hotel is a blessing for airport travelers. Danny, gave us a lift to the airport, and picked us up on the return, all very promptly done. The Greet does not have a lift so travelers with mobility problems will have to use the stairs. The staff is friendly, and helpful. The rooms are small, but ours was clean and we had good hot shower water. You are not going to get all the frills, but the hotel is just right for airport travelers. The breakfast buffet was as good as many others at half the price. This nice buffet was due to a member of the staff who had developed it. We did not use the pool, but a number of people were outside enjoying the atmosphere. As another traveler remarked , the hotel is a bit tricky to find. You will need your GPS, and you do go through some industrial areas. I'm glad we traveled during the day which helped us find the hotel. There are gates which they open from the inside. We hope to travel to France again soon and plan on staying at the Greet for our overnight connections. You can save money by booking your car storage on line using Park Via Happy traveling!
A little gem.
Found this place late one night with a swimming pool to relax and cool off after travelling a long way. A motel really and small rooms but the pool made up for it. Breakfast during Covid-19 was prepared for each guest and goodish. No food at night though, or not if you´re late.
Any port in a storm, unfortunately

Two hours before flying to France we got a call that the guest house we had reserved near Marseille airport had flooded with the heavy rains and they had to cancel our reservation. We quickly had to find another place to stay for one night and chose the Comfort Hotel for its proximity to the airport. With more time to find a room I hope I would have chosen better. First the good: The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful and there were several that spoke English. The room was clean, definitely a plus. And now for the bad: The room smelled strongly of mold and mildew, even though it appeared to be spotless. The soap dispenser in the shower had not been refilled and was empty. The beds are basically a sheet of foam over plywood. The rooms are very small and hard to get around. There is no elevator, so had to lug luggage up to the second floor. The AC would not really get cold, luckily the window opened to let cool air in. The hotel was hard to find even with GPS, we thought we were driving through an abandoned industrial yard just before the hotel appeared. We had just flown 18 hours, we were tired and frustrated, otherwise we would have looked elsewhere to stay. Luckily, we were so tired we slept like a log. This hotel is much like an Ibis but with mold and mildew, which wouldn't have been so bad but we paid well over $100 for the room on that date. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't great either. It would have gotten 1 star if not for the friendly helpful staff.
