Cheap and cheerful. Nice staff. Shuttle works well from airport… need to go to Quai 5 for buzzer to alert hotel. Sparse facilities but you can go to the other Ibis nearby. Another time would go to this slightly more expensive one.

if you need to use the ibis hotel shuttle to get there don't stay there. you can expect to wait from 30 min to 1 hour 30 min for the shuttle to fetch you. phoning the reception gets you no assistance. Disinterested useless service !

Pleasantly surprised that this budget hotel was comfortable and clean enough for an older property. The continental breakfast was good and we enjoyed the variety of coffee options. It was an easy 10 minute walk from the airport and the staff were all friendly and accommodating. We went next door to the other Ibis for dinner which was good and convenient.

Avoid !!! This hotel its dirty and full of inscects we checked into a room for one night whilest transiting through marseille our door was broken could be opened from outside without a key , hair in the bed not belonging to us and to top it off pillow was filthy dirty cheap place yes but just not worth it !!!!!!

We stayed in this hotel for one night and it was very functional. There were many pros to our stay: - Location was great. We walked from the airport and it took ten minutes with our wheely suitcases. We didn't bother looking for the shuttle because it was so close. - The room was small and functional. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was surprisingly quiet for an airport hotel. It had air conditioning too which was great and needed. Black out blinds didn't allow any light in in the early morning either. - Bathroom is small and functional. Towels and shower gel provided. - Breakfast was nice and we felt there was lots of choice for what we wanted. It set us up for the day. - We were offered a shuttle bus back to the aiport (it leaves at certain times) but again we chose to walk. - The staff we encountered were all nice and check-in/out was smooth. The only cons were that there seemed to be a number of small flies on the roof (not sure if they were mosquitos but probably not) and there were some ants on the floor in the room and similarly in the bathroom. There was also a mildly unpleasant smell in the bathroom so we kept the door closed unless we were using it. Overall, good value for money and very functional.
