Hotel na wysokim poziomie jednak rozległość powoduje dosyć duże odległości do pokonania .kursuja wózki elektryczne ale jak to w życiu bywa jak go poytrzbujesz to właśnie nie ma. Ceny zabiegów w SPA bardzo wysokie-chyba najwyższe z jakimi się spotkałam ,a korzystam zawsze na całym świecie-nawet na Malediwach były tańsze i bardziej dbano o swojego klienta. Tu ani razu nie zapropowano odpocząć w strefie relaksu i nie podano herbaty czy coś innego do picia.Raz poprosiłam obsługę recepcji to przenieśli mi herbatę w papierowym kubku-to nie poziom 5* i nie za te pieniądze. Brakowało świec i chociaż drobnego elementu roślinnego w gabinetach Moje masaże były wykonywane przy pełnym oświetleniu co nie sprzyjało relaksowi . Przy rytuale Hammam nie było okładania pianą?Pakiet miał trwać 2h a był dużo krótszy bo SPA zamykano o 19. W każdym z 3 masaży całego ciała nie wykonano masażu dekoltu,brzucha i twarzy Płatność za zabiegi została ustalona i przekazana do Recepcji i niestety przy płatności chciano mi tą kwotę zwiększyć. Obsluga w takich hotelach mimo istniejących obyczajów w tym kraju powinna zachowywać się na poziomie światowym .
