Sehr große Anlage welche demnächst weiter vergrößert wird. ( Neuer Teil bereits Fertiggestellt 98%) Sehr schöne Suiten - leider trotz Bayview (Aufpreis Meerblick wurde bestätigt) ist das Meer nur als Strich am Horizont erkennbar. Kein Blick auf die Bucht - Strand usw. Schade! Gute Möglichkeit zum Kitesurfen sofern durch die Neueröffnung die Position der Kitestation bleibt. Das Verleihmaterial der Kiteschule ist sehr alt. Kitetrainer Juno sehr aufmerksam und Erfahren. Das Essen ist gut bis sehr gut- die vielen Themenrestaurants auch sehr gut und zum Empfehlen da deutlich ruhiger als im Hauptrestaurant. Leider sehr stark auf russische Gäste ausgerichtet. (80%)

Die Hotelanlage ist weitläufig , sehr sauber und gepflegt. Unterhaltung für Groß und Klein ist überall vorhanden , also langweilig wird es keinem . Restaurants und Cafés sind ausreichend vorhanden und hungrig bleibt somit auch niemand . Alle Leistungen sind inclusive, außer das Asia Restaurant, dies wird einem jedoch vorher erklärt . Was jedoch auch nicht inklusive ist , ist der Roomservice .. bestellt man Essen und lässt sich das aufs Zimmer liefern , kostet das extra und zwar nicht eine Liegegebühr, sondern das Essen an sich ist zu zahlen . Dies kannten wir aus unseren vielen Urlauben zuvor auch nicht und ist unsererseits auch komplett sinnbefreit . Achja , gesagt wurde dies zuvor nicht . Und da kommen wir zum grossen Manko des Hotels . Die Freundlichkeit und Kommunikation lässt mehr als nur zu wünschen übrig . Restaurantpersonal , Shuttlebuspersonal usw ist größtenteils lustlos und unmotiviert, Freundlichkeit kennen nur wenige dort. Einzig die Personen die für unseren Pool und das Zimmer zuständig waren , wären stets nett und freundlich . Das hat unseren Urlaub doch etwas getrübt , da wir das so überhaupt nicht kennen . Ein nettes "hi" oder lächeln beim vorbeigehen gibt's so gut wie gar nicht . Desweiteren wurden extra gebuchte Leistungen vertauscht und eine angemessene Entschädigung gab's nicht wirklich . Alles in allem kam das Hotel , dem was es verspricht , leider nicht nach . Dennoch hatten wir als Familie eine schöne Zeit , da wir uns es gemeinsam schön machen .
