Excellent hotel. Very nice, clean and confortable bedroom. Excellent food. Swimming pool is great. Very good staff. Possibiliy of taking walks in the hills with a very good guide. You just have to check with the reception. So I really recommend this place .

Epic Nyagatare has never disappointed me. Every visit brings a new positive experience. It was great to see a full time staff in the children playroom, which allowed us to get some rest and rejuvenate knowing that our little one is in good hands. The staff were very friendly, accommodating and quick to address any request. The hotel is family friendly with a beautiful pool, spa, kids playroom, green space, gym, plenty games to enjoy with your teens and of course the food was great too. I strongly recommend this hotel to all families.

Very nice hotel, the staff was very greatfull with us. We had an amazing experience with a local village near to the hotel with Olivier Izabe who help us a lot to organize a trip during our journey. Thank you for all the staff to help us to have great memories from Rwanda !

We had a great stay at the hotel. All of the staff, especially Oliver Izambe, went out of their way to make us feel at home, Oliver especially. He was able, at less than a day's notice, to arrange for me to visit a brick maker, to see a manufacturing process that I was particularly interested in. We shall be back.

Magnifique hôtel parfaitement équipé pour recevoir une famille avec des adolescents - énormément d’activités possibles (tennis, basket, billard, tennis de table, très Grand piscine …). Chambres vastes et de haut standard digne des marques Européennes type Pullman. Le restaurant était excellent tout comme le petit déjeuner buffet très varié. Personnel aux petits soins, souriant et serviables. Une halte de rêve dans notre Rwanda trip entre le Park Akagera et le parc des Volcans. Un tout grand merci également au directeur pour son accueil personnalisé et pour s’être assuré de notre bien être tout au long du séjour.
