I’m not sure whether to list the positives or the negatives here. There seems to be absolutely zero security at this location other than the large gate at the entrance to the parking lot that was built for the zombie apocalypse. Anyone could walk into the hotel and gain near immediate access to the stairs, elevator, or ground floor rooms. It faces the highway so if you’re hoping for a quiet nights sleep, ask for a room facing the back. We also found one of the 1sr floor emergency exit doors propped open 2 different nights. The website said that staff at this location spoke English. The absolutely did not. If you are using this hotel as a base to sightsee out of, there are much closer options. As a point of reference, it’s a 10 minute walk to the Metro station and then another 45 minutes on 2 trains to get to the Arc de Triomphe.

If I could, I would give a negative star. I had a RESERVATION with Ibis Style Bobigny Centre Préfecture from September 10th to September 14th, 2022. When me and my wife got the hotel on a Saturday, late night travelling from Brussels, to our surprise the receptionist said the hotel had an overbooking and they couldn’t accommodate us. To make it worst the reception didn’t offer any help to contact any other place to check if they would have any rooms available. In summary, we were left at the Hotel reception by ourselves without any help from the IBIS crew. Just like we were responsible for the mess, which was not the case. Again, the mistake was not on our side and we felt extremely disrespected by Ibis Bobigny crew and also by Ibis Hotels/Accor once I message them so many times and they did nothing to solve this mistake and reimburse me. I am still waiting for my money back! If you value your money, the hair in your head and your vacation, never stay at this hotel.

We needed a hotel with free parking, and as you get closer to central Paris the parking favilities decrease and cost of parking private goes up, so at first i was a little dissapointed after seeing the glamourised pictures, however me and my wife thought we only need a place to sleep and leave our shopping. We didnt expect the realy friendly and helpfull staff, and the breakfast was basic however tasty and very fresh and at good value. The rooms were cleaned properly and we got used to it to be honest with you and for us it was in a great location to the places we needed to visit and see. Not many local places about unless you know where to go however downtown lacorneauve is about a 10 min drive. We would be going back as they said they are renovating the bigger suites and will be giving them a try again.

Pro: the staff at this hotel was nice and it was available after a missed flight at 11PM. Cons: I am also positive someone has been murdered in this hotel! Aside from being eerily creepy - it was disgusting. The rugs were filthy, bathrooms molded and stained, toilet looked as it had never been cleaned. I was scared to sleep under the covers. No words to describe it other than.. FILTH!

The only positive things I can say about this hotel are that the rooms were clean, room servicing was good and the man working on door security was pleasant. Several reception and dining room staff were shockingly rude, one example being a male member of staff tutting and shouting at a female guest who was trying to be helpful by returning a breakfast tray. Another example was aggressive and intimidating behaviour by a female receptionist who (wrongly) was insisting that a can of Pepsi Max from a pay at the counter vending machine was 3 euros instead of 2. Said woman eventually acknowledged the error but we were left wondering how many people have buckled under her onslaught. If staff are disgruntled, overworked or underpaid then these issues should be brought to the employer's attention, not taken out on guests. I would strongly recommend that you choose another hotel if you are looking for accommodation in this area.
