Fantastic hotel on Miami Beach. Great vibe, casual and fun. Rooftop pool and terasse are perfect for sunbathing and swimming. Daily happy hour called « Wineoclock » served daily and hosted by Dario, the best server, he turns happy hour into a guest meet and greet,serving prosecco and rose! One night torrential rain came down and Dario brought the bar downstairs to the lobby and turned an impromptu Wineoclock into a party! Cafe Americano in hotel is great too for breakfast, lunch or catch a game on many screens. Thanks guys and see you soon!

What a joke this place is . Parked outside and brought in our luggage to be met by staff with zero interest . In the few minutes to bring in the luggage we got a parking ticket for $35 Had a suite in Sunrise block booked but it was not yet cleaned at 6.30 pm ?????? . Eventually we got a " suite" in Sunset block instead . What we got was a small room with the door onto the suite locked To make it worse the floor was filthy . No matter how many times we explained about the door and floor all we got was "we will tell the manager" On returning the next evening we found the door onto suite unlocked but floor still filthy . On checkout we met the Manager and all we got was " those things happen " What a way to treat visitors

The hotel was incredible aswell as the location. The staff couldnt have provided better service. Especially Dario at the rooftop bar.

First Stay at Una and In Miami through Love it-Book It-Cruise It

Our room was supposed to be a deluxe room but was outside the main hotel on the lead up to the hotel entrance (front of the hotel), as a result we were woken several times at 5:30am to the noise of rolling suitcase wheels entering and leaving the hotel. Also we had to suffer the constant smell of smoke from smokers sitting in the courtyard adjacent to our room. We were supposed to have both a hair dryer and a coffee machine. We had neither. When I asked for a hair dryer they gave me one but it didn’t work. After advising them again they gave me a new one. I also had to pay a $300 dollar deposit for the three nights stay, which they told me would be returned within three to seven days. 11 days on the deposit still hasn’t been released. They do not offer breakfast it has to be paid for separately, my wife and I are tea drinkers, the hotel provides free coffee for a few hours every morning at a walkable location-but no tea. Also watch out for the Taxes (Government and local) they can mount up! Otherwise ok, the room and bathroom were tidy, but the floor was not clean (got black feet if walking barefoot in the room) which was a stone floor. Free water supplied but only on day one!

Fantastic hotel, well situated just off Collins Ave close to South beach & Ocean drive. Great rooftop bar/ swimming pool and free wine (albeit not the nicest of wines but hey, you can’t complain when it’s included!) Service was exceptional. Stayed here three times over the last couple of years and would definitely stay again. Also get access to free beach sun loungers on 21st street south beach and other perks.
