The service was excellent and we got the complimentary birthday dessert as we celebrate my birthday here. The food is good with reasonable price. The staff is really helpful and quick response when we need something. Overall it is a good dining experience here.

Breakfast was great, nice ambience, great staff with Ms. Nesya & Ms. Della. Very helpfull. Gonna comeback soon for sure. Stay here for 2 nights to watch Sheila on 7 concert at Samarinda. Great hotel with city view. Will try the gym facilities later

17th July, 2024. Booked 3 rooms for 4 nights. Arrived hotel at 13:15. No welcome drink and Room were not ready at all. 14:00 passed, still no one room ready at all. Really disappointed with the bad service and hospitality as frequent guest in this hotel. Has to be more patient another minustes.
