SLS Baha Mar

Beautiful hotel. We enjoyed our stay. But, be prepared to pay. This is not an inclusive restaurant. Lots to do and so many wonderful restaurants. The pools are gorgeous. Mini golf. Casino. Water park. Flamingos too. Also very cool water show at night.

This is a beautiful hotel, but certainly it could improve on some areas of services. We stayed here over Thanksgiving weekend and found the property to be quite beautiful. However, housekeeping as well as staff at the restaurants to be quite hit or miss. The staff at the Regatta buffet, Cleo, Fi’lia, and the SLS run cabanas are incredible, but the staff at Carna and Grand Hyatt cabanas was probably the worst service we’ve ever had. The rooms are very comfortable and pretty well-kept but our biggest issue is when housekeeping would come. They would take used towels but not leave any additional so it one point we had a few bath towels but no hand towels or washcloths. The SLS is the hotel closest to the waterpark so for families I think it is the best, but certainly be aware of that from 5 to 6 for adults only pool has music so if you have a child who naps before dinner, it could be disruptive. Overall we will be back.

We took a trip to celebrate a recent wedding with lots of family members. Around 10 in total. We had an 8 year old and 14 year old with us. The resort staff were so friendly and helpful. Everything we experienced was excellent. Our kids had so much fun with the animal experiences. Shaute in the adventure team was a star for us! She made our girls feel so special and totally made our trip! Casino was top notch. All of our dining experiences were great. Yes, expensive but great. We would definitely recommend for families looking for a world class resort experience.

Very nice property and service. Lashan at the front desk was amazing! We went with a group of 22 and had no issues. Kids loved the property. Will be back again. If I had one complaint it would be coordinating meals as it is hard to obtain reservations for large parties.

Emerson was a great young man. Very polite and professional. THANK YOU and be a good big brother, your sister needs you! They served a LOT of plates to a LOT of people. It was perfect. ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ. Now I know my ABCs next time won’t you sing with me?
