Every experience is magical. I loved every second of it and highly recommend the SLS to all. The nightlife and restaurants along with the pools and bars make this group of hotel experiences amazing. We especially loved the Jazz bar, Katsuya, and Marcos

BahaMar is a stunning property and SLS is one of its crown jewels! From the minute you arrive you are treated like royalty. The bellman couldn't be nicer and Miguel at check in is amazing! Even after setting us up in a beautiful room he contacts us to check in and ask if there are any needs we may have! 1st class treatment. We travel quite frequently and will be comparing all future trips against this wonderful experience.

My stay was marked by memorable service and a delightful experience. This review is for a couples stay, adults only. I cherish so many moments that the staff curated especially your concierge Sarah who helped us plan every moment of our couples’ getaway. Her personal and intimately delivered service made our stay extra convenient and special. Clinton, at check in, recommended the “not available on the menu” lunch items at the pool bar that were sooo tasty!! The service here is next level good. Folks genuinely care, even when they are clearly tired (NYE can be a lot)! We tried out golfing, ATVs, famous Chef Marcus restaurant and so much more. I can’t wait to get back to Nassau and will definitely recommend staying here! Every restaurant, lounge, bar was a treat and I hope I remember to thank everyone here: Carna - Shawn, server. Recommended carpaccio and boneless ribeye. Delicious! Lyndon - Ron and Delena - hands down the two sweetest and most thoughtful people, plus great bartenders!! Shaung Ba - Leroy served up some delicious lambchops, soup dumplings and fried rice. Bungalow pool bartender who makes the “secret drinks”. We appreciate you! Princess at the Privilege pool - you kept the drinks and conversation flowing. Thanks! “Famous Amos” at the beach club is so funny Thanks for the “strong drink” recommendation! Monkey Bar - Ava from Grand Bahama gave us great off the resort recommendations, we can’t wait to try it next time! Valentino at Katsuya makes a mean espresso martini. Good conversation. Made us feel welcome — he even thought we were locals! Not so positive: For dinner, Katsuya tried its best on a very busy Friday night. It failed at apps - the miso soup was good but sooooo salty. The Katsuya special roll was meh. We had to ask for soy sauce for the table which usually is just standard. I’ll go back to the bar but probably won’t dine in here on a busy night. Golf is very closeby and Prenesha makes a mean refreshing non-alcoholic drink after you finish your rounds! 4-hour ATV tour of the island (with AJ and Marvin). A very special thank you to Latoya, Sky Lounge security officer. She is such a caring and kind individual, with a pure heart and a warm smile everytime you see her! Thanks for being so kind to me when I was down.

Never again. Unbearable noise from roof top bar until midnight.

Never again. There is nothing relaxing about this place. Too noisy at night due to Skybar pounding music until midnight. Too crowded, even after the holidays!! Still had lines at restaurants. Room service is horrendously slow. No ice on floors so must be brought by very slow room service. The mini bar doesn’t have everything it is supposed to. Will we be charged? Bracing for a fight. There are two little shops with some drinks where prices are better than room service. I was glad I bought rum at the airport for $15 a bottle as drinks are $18 and up. The app is crap. Reservation system for chairs, cabanas, restaurants, etc is online and VERY cumbersome especially if trying to cancel a Rez. Rez must be canceled 24 hours in advance or be charged full amount!! Not easy to plan ahead due to required commitment and high costs. inflexibility. Early January weather is cool and windy. Lo 70’s is chilly especially with wind. No one was on the beach because too cold and windy. And if it was nice the chairs are packed like sardines.
