This hotel is awful. Ants in the rooms. Mold in the showers. Loud music playing until all hours of the night so forget about sleep. Trash and old food in lounge chairs that we paid extra for at pool. Wouldn’t you think you would clean up the chairs at the end of the day before the next people rented them. I have stayed at nicer hotels for half the price.

Going back to the Atlantis the next time. Don’t waste your time or money

Management could care less for the average guest.When speaking with them is like they are reading from a script. There is no human interaction. They do not take criticism very well. Room is below standard. Simple I can only compare it to 3 star hotel back in the US

A tremendous experience. Mario and team treated us like royalty. I shared the porterhouse with my son. My wife and other son shared too. My in-laws did the same. The steaks were large so it worked out. We shared salads too. That way we could have lots of sides and then four desserts. Highly recommended. The staff really makes the evening special. Thanks!!

Baha beach club is amazing. The food at the club is amazing and the service is even better. We love all the amenities that goes with being a part of this you get credited back what you paid for food and drink, which is fabulous. The service is on point. They take great care of you. Rudeness is top notch. She goes above and beyond by keeping an eye on EVERYTHING! Garth is also on the job. Excellent service.

This isn’t my first time in the Bahamas and definitely won’t be my last at SLS. The vibes are immaculate and perfect for celebrating or relaxing. I’d definitely suggest the Pool party for the day and Skybar for Saturday night. We didn’t have to leave the property for ANYTHING! If you’re traveling with a group, or just want to be prepared I’d definitely suggest stocking up on liquor, water, and any mixers before heading to the hotel. The $10 waters got old, FAST! Shout out to Khadijah at the front desk. She was amazing and helped us with travel arrangements to dinner via a driver. Thanks for everything
