The housekeeping gentleman was incredible! He was kind, attentive, and made sure our room was perfect throughout our stay. His warm attitude and excellent service truly made a difference.His name is Angel. We appreciate him very much!

Trashy, deafening party music played at all hours of the day

The music on the beach is so overwhelmingly loud that it drowns out all thought. It’s trashy party music from early morning until late at night. Everybody I’ve talked to hates it. Truly mind boggling decision by the hotel to play any music at all. We are in the process of changing hotels after five minutes on the beach, which would otherwise be beautiful and serene.

We are DEFINITELY coming back!
