Phenomenal little resort. A few little niggles on while pool to use. However excellent service, great food, great rooms, and a beautiful beach. If I had an issue it's with the lack of water provided and had to buy 20 peso Evians. Eventually walked to the nearby mall and bought a bunch of waters. Great location. Highly recommend for a short trip.

Lovely well located hotel but boy can they charge!! The final straw was when they charged me for special cleaning for a towel!! They charged enough for 10 towels. The ‘dirt’ was shampoo that would rinse out. Despite objections and requests for refunds they remain silent. Real bad!!

Luxury hotel! Upscale amenities! Really well taken care of! Friendly staff! I especially enjoyed the service of Erik, when he helped me arrange a surprise birthday decoration in my room for my husband! He took care of everything, provided me with his private number. I recommend this place if you're looking for customer service! Beautiful pool, and spa amenities!

Beautiful Property. Very nice, spacious & modern rooms. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Food and drink good but pricey, think Vegas prices. Half the building is residences so only a small portion of the building is a hotel. Because of this it seemed the clientele is more local to Mexico. Keep in mind the private beach area is not on the gulf side but on the bay side and not great water to swim in,as there is a lot of seaweed and algae. I give 4 stars because of the beach and food/drink prices.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. We loved everything we ate and drank - restaurants were amazing. We spent a wonderful afternoon at the spa, which was beautiful, and made use of the nice gym. Can’t say enough good things about the SLS! Expect music to play throughout the day and it may not be ideal for families. Perfect for us and exactly what we wanted. The only downside was that we took an excursion recommended by the concierge and, while we still had fun overall, it was not at all what we were hoping for and the fun felt in spite of the excursion not because of the excursion. That said, it could’ve been miscommunication and the concierge was very helpful setting it up along with transportation and was communicative.
