Esperienza nel complesso positivissima. Hotel pulitissimo, moderno, camere top, colazione abbondante e di grande qualità. Assolutamente soddisfatto e consiglio vivamente di soggiornarci. Unica nota negativa l'arrivo ed il check in. La nostra poca conoscenza dell'inglese ci penalizza ma riusciamo ugualmente a viaggiare. Alla reception del vs. Hotel invece abbiamo avuto molta poca attenzione e spesso o vostri receptionist si sono dimostrati poco accorti verso di noi a causa della lingua. Ci hanno fatto sentire a disagio. Questo invece non è successo a Parigi, Amsterdam, Gent,Berlino,Atene ed in altre nazioni che abbiamo visitato.

Ottimo trattamento e colazione varia e buonissima. Tutto ok. Come in molti hotel non italiani, manca il bidet (che potrebbe essere sostituito dal vaso col tubicino interno…). Purtroppo non c’è la spa.
