Friendly, misleading and unreliable. We arrived on a Sunday evening at the airport with a family of there after a 12h flight from California. We were planning to get a shuttle to the hotel (as advertised on the official website) and a dinner at the hotel's restaurant (I purchased 3 dinners during the booking). In reality there is NO shuttle and NO dinner available. They are apparently understaffed and they can't provide this service. The room itself is fine for a budget hotel. The person at the reception was friendly but couldn't really help us. She apologized for the confusion but we had to go to another hotel and ended up paying 2x. Very disappointing.

Das Hotel ist nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto vom Flughafen Mulhouse entfernt und von daher ideal gelegen. Es war sehr sauber und ruhig, Zimmer sehr einfach aber stylisch und vollkommen ausreichend für unseren Zweck. Personal spricht kaum Englisch, ging aber noch so. Im angegliederten Restaurant wollten wir auch abends essen, es waren nur wenige Tische belegt. Leider war die Bedienung total überfordert. Wir saßen ungefähr eine dreiviertel Stunde da, ohne dass sie uns auch nur annähernd zur Kenntnis genommen hätte. Wir verließen das Restaurant und gingen in den Ort. Google versprach zwei Fastfood-Restaurants, die man zu Fuß erreichen konnte. War gar nicht so schlecht, da zu essen.

Lors de notre arrivée vers 23 heures, une jeune femme assez agressive nous a accueillis et nous a signalé que si nous avons besoin d'un taxi le lendemain, il faut le réserver dès maintenant. Or, le lendemain, avant de nous installer pour le petit déjeuner, un homme et une femme se trouvaient à l'accueil, tous 2 souriants, calmes. L'homme nous a précisé que l'hôtel dispose d'une navette gratuite pour se rendre à l'aéroport..... Deux versions de différentes.... C'est scandaleux !!!

We arrived late one night. The staff were welcoming and hospitable. There wasn’t any parking which they apologised for and found a solution. We booked last minute so hadn’t looked on detail. They don’t have family rooms here so give you two separate rooms for a family of four. Ours were across the hall from each other, which was fine for one night but not for a longer stay. Rooms have been modernised in decor and have what you need. Breakfast was quite basic but again there was everything you need. Breakfast is from 4-10am so ideal for commuters.
