Hello, We thank you for sharing your experience, even though we are sincerely sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations. Regarding the television, we regret that this malfunction has disrupted your comfort. However, we did not become aware of this problem during your visit to the reception, which would have allowed us to act more quickly. Regarding the room and the number of hangers, we understand your disappointment. Unfortunately, the hotel being full, we were not able to proceed with a change of room. Finally, the proposed voucher was the best solution we could offer to compensate for this inconvenience. We understand that this may not fully meet your expectations, especially as a loyal member.
