Yep…I admit that I am a person that carries Clorox wipes and wipes down every hotel room we stay in before I open our suitcase. SURPRISE! No Clorox wipes needed at the 21C Hotel We walked into our room on the 8th floor and our room was nothing short of impeccable!! Crisp linens, 4 types of pillows to choose from, perfectly arranged amenities and not a speck of dust in sight, making it feel as though the space had been prepared exclusively for us. The housekeeping staff needs a shout out!! Our doggie bed had a pressed white linen sheet covering the foam bed. There was also a new set of dog dishes set next to the bed…what a beautiful touch. I need to mention the fantastic staff.that made it an elevated experience. Micaela N. and Anna M were genuinely warm, attentive and highly professional. (Micaela had anticipated our needs when I called to make our reservation the day before) Sean is a must see bartender at Lockdown! He’s a true mixologist and made perfect recommendations. Isabella W. checked us out this morning and was so helpful and kind. We can’t wait to visit Lexington again and look forward to another memorable experience

We've stayed at this hotel many times and have previously enjoyed it and the Lockbox restaurant. This stay was different. The hotel has become a little shabbier in general. The sink didn't drain properly, paint on the window frames was peeling, there were problems with the internet, and the elevators took a very, very long time to respond. The food from the restaurant was a disappointment, unlike in the past. Front desk personnel were not rude, but were not friendly or helpful. But what was most disappointing was that the hotel charged us for an extra night. After many email exchanges and telephone calls we were unable to get them to reimburse us. They continued to say they had not charged us while our credit card indicated charges for an extra night. We will not stay in this hotel again, nor in any of their other locations. Very disappointing, since it was once one of our favorite places to stay.

The location & the art are great, but the housekeeping was uneven and the internet was horrible. Underwhelming for the $

Boutique hotel with lots of art. Right downtown. Our corner room is large with a comfy modern sofa. Comfortable bed and great shower.

excelente decoracion, habitaciones lindas, baños enormes, sin duda una opcion diferente!, tiene salas de exhibiciones, cerca de la zona de bares y el centro de convenciones, un bar muy llamativo! vale la pena probar
