I really liked this unique hotel. So many little touches that made it clear they want their guests to be as comfortable as possible. I loved things like the dimmable lights and nightlights, really great smelling toiletries, comfy beds and soft pillows. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice room, interesting art, terrible dinner

Loved the room and the interesting artwork. Unfortunately, dinner was a nightmare. The hostess attempted to seat out just outside the kitchen away from the main room. She did move us to the main room at our request. The server took 10 minutes to acknowledge us and another 10 ten minutes before the drinks arrived. From there is was an hour for the appetizers and another hour for the main courses. Along the way, the server rarely touched based with us. When I asked him to give us an update on things, he asked what I wanted an update on...how about where is the food? We were seated at 6pm on Sunday, April 28th. Our server was a stocky young man with a beard.

We had a wonderful stay at 21c. It is so close to everything. We walked to all of our dinners and we had the best breakfast at The Lock Box

Great location and cool room

Loved the location of the hotel. Walking distance from the arena that the concert was held, many restaurants and bars super close to the hotel as well. The room had a neat layout and the view from our room in particular was pretty nice. The amenities in the room felt high end and the room was clean.

I’m a big fan of 21c , this trip was disappointing. My room had bed bugs and I’ve been suffering with nights that lasted a week to heal. Additionally, there was a half used old fashion bottle in my mini fridge, ick!!
