Room located on 4th floor outside the elevator, the elevator door desperately needs maintenance. It was incredibly loud each time it was in use. When checking out, I was given someone else's bill and paid for it. I mentioned the bill did not have the early check in fee and the desk attendant said it was waived. It wasn't until my bill was emailed to me that I realized I was given someone else's bill. I called the front desk and they said, yes we gave you the wrong bill but did not call or notify me in any way.

The 21C was our "headquarters" hotel for six couples visiting who attended Keeneland's spring meet on Saturday, April 20. The restaurant and bar areas were well suited for our gathering times. The service was great. The elevators were a bit slow. When we made the reservations in January, I thought the two night stay was described as a package arrangement for $386 per couple. That turned out not to be the case.
