Upon check-in, there was a line of 5 people waiting while only one employee worked the reception desk and remained on the phone. When I ordered breakfast, it was sent to the wrong room and when it eventually got delivered to my room, it was 50 minutes late and ice cold. after check out, I had to follow up and request my hotel bill twice before it was finally emailed to me. My one night stay cost more than my round trip Delta flight. Not worth the stay.

Noisy with low quality bed linen

The room is very very noisy, despite I specifically requested a quiet room when I checked in. The quality of the mattress is very poor, and the bed linen is very low quality. I barely fell asleep.

Restaurant, Bar, and Spa 10/10. Room had great view! Valet service was timely. I will be staying in Ohio and Kentucky very soon. If there are any discounts available I would love to stay again!

I enjoyed a 3-night stay and the level of service was very high. Staff was efficient and knowledgeable about their specific roles and were quite attentive to provide assistance as required by guests.

Every detail was not just intuitive but often times comical. The tile body parts in the showers, to the multitone carpet on the stairs matching the offset in the tile, the installation being on multiple floors and being easily accessible with ramps and seating in multiple locations. Would make a beautiful wedding venue
