Snobby staff and worn out hotel

I stayed at this hotel a few times in the first 5 years it opened. In June we booked it for our wedding night. The staff at the desk was rude and not welcoming. When I was having issues the owner Mr Wilson was standing next to us and walked away. It starts at the top and his staff showed no hospitality from our check in to check out. I will never be back. Beautiful art museum and greta restaurant but the service and run down room and owner make it a place to stay away from. When I wrote in twice to customer service, they never answered in 2 weeks. I called today and still no apology or resolution. I will never recommend this hotel again.

My husband recommended this hotel after staying here several times. I'd give it a B+. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The rooms were pretty nice but I think the rooms felt a bit "tired". I would stay here again but might take a peek at rates elsewhere to compare options.

Interesting art and decor. Rooms Spacious, no housekeeping offered, beds fine, pillows just AWFUL. Service perfunctory, waitstaff in lounge-efficient. Just ate a quick breakfast which was fine. We really didn’t stay in hotel much as we were doing Bourbon Trail, but not sure we’d stay again.

We stayed at this hotel several time before but this visit was very disappointing … We booked a stay with breakfast included ( usually the breakfast are wonderful) to find out in the morning that there was no breakfast available. In addition, no real apology and we had to negotiate to get ot breakfast credited . So disappointing from a hotel chain we used to love and recommend to everyone.

Fui a este hotel de negocios, es realmente interesante lleno de obras de arte moderno, muy colorido y con un gran bar. Las habitaciones son grandes y espaciosas, realmente vale la pena quedarse ahí. Recomiendo revisar las obras de todos los pisos ya que son todos diferentes.
