Music ruins the stay

Booked a stay for ten days. I could comment about the good experience this hotel has to offer. It’s relatively clean and well kept. The rooms are nice. The dine around all-inclusive is better than expected. The food tastes great. But the overwhelming and massively negative issue is the music the hotel has. I don’t mind listening to music, but when it is Dance Techno played as loud as possible by the Ula pool, which otherwise is really relaxing environment, from early afternoon onwards, and late evening in the Neo Sky bar, which you can both hear the music and feel the bass inside your hotel room on the 8th floor, it is ruining the stay. Not for me, never again.

Our experience with Kids Club Starfish was nothing short of incredible. The fire camp event they created turned into a magical night where families gathered, danced, laughed, and enjoyed an atmosphere full of excitement and positivity. The music was fantastic, the vibes were uplifting, and the entire evening felt wonderfully organized and full of life. It was truly heartwarming to watch both kids and parents having such a great time together. The whole event was filled with energy, creativity, and joyful moments that brought everyone closer. A huge shout-out to Mizu and the entire team for their amazing effort. Their enthusiasm, kindness, and attention to detail made the night unforgettable. They clearly put their hearts into making every child and every family feel special. Thank you, Kids Club Starfish, for giving us an evening we’ll always remember. We’re already looking forward to the next event! 🌟🔥🎶

We had an amazing experience at the Movenpick Hotel, and we highly recommend the Kids Club Starfish! The staff were incredibly warm and caring, making our children feel welcome and entertained throughout our stay. The activities were fun, safe, and perfectly designed for kids of all ages. A very special thank-you to Mizu from the Kids Club. We met him on our last day, and we are so happy we did—his kindness, energy, and genuine care left a wonderful impression on our whole family. He made our children feel special, and we truly appreciate his effort. Overall, our stay at the Movenpick Hotel was fantastic, and the Kids Club Starfish made it even more memorable. We highly recommend it to any family looking for a fun and relaxing holiday!

We spent two weeks in November with our child at the Movenpick hotel. Pros: healthy, nutritious meals that never get boring. You can always find delicious, healthy food that's not overly salty or spicy. This hotel is also suitable for children and those who care about their health. Beautiful views from every room, we was on 11 floor, 1101 it is amazing, high ceilings, impeccable cleaning, and everything you need in the room, including delicious coffee. A very comfortable, large bed. The beach has perfect sand and is free of debris, no waves, crystal clear water, free sun loungers, and a children's-free area. The backwater is designed so the water moves and renews itself. The grounds are lush with greenery, which adds fresh air and a resort feel. The promenade is very safe for strolling, and there's a pharmacy and supermarket nearby, with fresher air thanks to the water on both sides. I'd also like to highlight the hotel staff – very responsive, excellent service, and easy solutions to any questions or requests. If you look at other hotels on the island, there's construction and dust all around. In this regard, Movenpick wins again.
