We spent a wonderful holiday with my husband . We really enjoyed Ula Beach Bar as there is an adults only pool, and place to stay. We booked all inclusive package and enjoyed our meals at The Market - All day eatery restaurant. I would like to highlight that in this restaurant everyone is doing their best, absolutely amazing service, thank you for that! The receptionist Lady is also providing top quality service. Josh who helped with our luggages was also super helpful and nice. Aqua Gym trainer was very professional and nice. We also enjoyed Boons bar where we watched football games. And we also had fun in the TeenZone, we played many games there. Neo Sky Bar provides unique view and experience. Although we had all inclusive package, we visited Beach House only 2 times, because unfortunately the staff members are not friendly there.

The check-in was pleasant, the receptionist Badr was very friendly and welcoming, he even gifted us a discount coupon for the greek restaurant. after going into the room and upon closer inspection we noticed 2 sewing pins sticking out of one of the armrest of the small couch in the room, then my wife noticed hair in some corners of the toilet which was a concern that raised red flags that the room was definitely rushed to get cleaned by HK and wasn't checked by the HK supervisor (to change the status to clean) keeping in mind that we didn't arrive early but rather at regular check-in time. we went down to the reception to report this to Badr but we were not able to find him but another receptionist assisted , after showing him the pictures of our findings ,a supervisor was called and informed as that we will be moved to a higher category room (family room). Thankfully the new room was clean but the disappointment was to find out the the bedroom is technically smaller than the regular standard room for us being a couple during that stay, a family room didn't make sense. Moving on from the initial shock, we enjoyed some time on the beach and then had dinner at the greek restaurant, the ambiene was very nice, food was AMAZING. Next day breakfast was OK, limited variaty, however the staff were very kind and helpful. we had lunch as the Beach House and food was great as well. All in all, i would say if it wasn't for the not so good start of our experience, I would've definitely given a higher overall score. we will be visiting again with our son so he can enjoy the gaming club and other activites.
