We celebrated my Mother's birthday at Pullman Al Marjan RAK, and it was absolutely perfect! 🎉 The whole team was wonderful, and a very special thank you goes to Saeed Mansour at the Front Office, who took such amazing care of us and arranged late check out was wonderful 💛 We came for a staycation and couldn’t have chosen a better place. The hotel is stunning, the atmosphere peaceful, and the service truly exceptional. Thank you to everyone for making this day unforgettable — we left feeling genuinely happy and grateful! 🌞

Nice hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. We changed rooms because the window wouldn't open. We got a room with a balcony overlooking the courtyard with a view of the pool and the sea. The outdoor pool was heated, which we appreciated before the sun came out. Even in November, the weather was nice and sunny, with temperatures around 30 degrees. There was a shuttle bus to the beach about 5 minutes away. There were free sun loungers and towels by the pool and on the beach. We liked the food and always chose from the all-inclusive menu. There is a lot of construction around the hotel, and the rooms facing outside the resort couldn't open their windows because of the noise and dust.

We stayed in Pullman hotel and resort which place was super nice every meal in this hotel is super tasty breakfast, lunch dinner tasty . And we had dinner also in zaitouna grills was yummy and shisha by osama must say amazing thank to entire team of hotel and refat was good waiter, zakariya ramzy and Rome we had great and fun time with them.

The best experience in zaitouna house specially the team there is refat and zakariyaa and rower the serve us with love and they take care of us and treat us in professional way also first time I try shisha in my life oussama was amazing shisha men well recommended I will referee to my friend and family
