We visited during Eid. The lobby was nice, but it was very crowded, the complimentary drinks to the reception were Very horrible nobody to serve It was more of service yourself. Entering the room the room is very spacious, but it did not have a hotel smell. The first impression is that the window were fogy and not clean. The bathroom did not even have complementary toothbrushes. The mirror in the bathroom had rust on the corners. The cabinet on the room had the handles falling down. We requested couple of times that the room had to be clean but the cleaning was very poor. The dust was clearly shown on the glass shelf in the coffee section. Overall, not much activities at the hotel the access to the beach we had to cross the road. The wifi keeps on disconnecting.

The impeccable service and hospitality of your staff made our stay most enjoyable. We were very impressed by the responsiveness of your reception team (Saeed has been caring and efficient in accommodating our needs.). The F&B team has been terrific. Anwar ,shisha incharge and Saeed at lounge &terrace have been efficient and friendly. Well-trained and helpful. Chef Danny, at Lounge & Terrace, prepared delicious meals. What is most noticeable is the dedication of the above mentioned team.

Nice hotel, checked in as soon as we arrived. There are Russian-speaking staff at the reception and not only. We were given a two-room room (I'm resting with a child and a friend). A varied diet. A clown makes balloon compositions for children in the lobby. The sea is not far away. You can walk, or you can take a small car (they go often). I especially liked Isuru, a friendly young man who got along well with his daughter and was kind to us.

service was amazing and food was awesome, id like to also praise Mr. Isuru what a great employee👍 he gave us a great experiece at the pirates kids club next to the swimming pool. An amazing view from the balcony too. experience overall is a 10/10

We had a great time at Zaitouna house, the food was very delicious, it is like home made food. We tried almost everythinf and all Plates were good and generous. The staff very friendly especially Bachir, and professional. Overall we had a great time, we will definitely come back. Highly recommended.
