Dear Ms. K., Thank you for taking the time to share your honest feedback following your stay with us. We are pleased that you appreciated our location, but we are truly sorry to hear that the room did not meet your expectations. We understand your concerns regarding the size, natural light, storage, and the practical difficulty of placing and opening your luggage in the available space. The Emporium Hotel is located in a historic building that we carefully renovated and transformed into a hotel. As the original structure and its dimensions were preserved, our rooms vary in layout and size, and we recognize that some of them may feel more compact depending on the guest's needs. Should you decide to visit us again, we would be very happy to recommend and arrange a room category with a more spacious layout and more personal space. We also sincerely apologize that the amenities used during your stay were not replenished. This is not the level of attention to detail we expect from our housekeeping team, and we will make sure your feedback is shared with the relevant department. We appreciate your positive comments regarding the breakfast, Wi-Fi, and our team, and we are grateful that you took the time to highlight the areas where we can improve.
