Das Hotel ist gut gelegen und sehr schön eingerichtet. Leider schwach beducht und wird mit reduzierter Crew betrieben. Z. B. einmal Zimmer nicht gemacht, einmal erst nach Aufforderung. Smart Room -Konzept eher lästig. Preis relativ hoch im Verhältnis zum Service.

Pobyt w tym hotelu zdecydowanie przewyższa oczekiwania. Plovdiv jest bogaty w atrakcje, które zaczynają się kilka minut pieszo od hotelu, a samo stare miasto jest max. 15 minut pieszo. Warto zatrzymać się w tym hotelu, ponieważ rzadko można doswiadczyc takiej dbałości o szczegóły. Śniadania są a la carte, ale bez limitu, więc na pewno nie wyjdziesz głodny. Pyszna kawa na śniadaniu, która jest rzadkością w hotelach. Warto także zjeść obiad lub kolację w hotelu, bo oprócz dobrego jedzenia jest duży wybór dobrych win bulgarskich. Jest to zdecydowanie najlepszy hotel w mieście i warto zapłacić trochę więcej, aby doswiadczyc luksusu i wyjątkowości miejsca.
