Dear Mr. S., Thank you very much for staying with us and for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are pleased to hear that you chose our hotel for its convenient location, particularly with your early flight the following morning. It is great to know that our proximity to the terminal and the U-Bahn station made your stay a practical choice, and that you found the booking process quick and efficient. We are, however, very sorry for the inconvenience caused by the elevators. We fully understand your point that having only one of three elevators operational is not the standard our guests should expect. While we are glad that the impact was limited during your stay, we appreciate your feedback and are working to ensure that our facilities remain fully functional and available to our guests.
