Personale gentile e predisposto al cliente. La camera bella ma mancava un armadio chiuso. Il personale delle pulizie poco attento: Il divano letto era pieno di polvere e se non mettevo fuori la scatola delle salviette non lo avrebbero cambiato così come il bagnoschiuma....e restando li per 12 notti le cose le noti. Ma nel complesso un bell'hotel: comodo, colazione buona, personale reception e ristorante impeccabili.

Il sito internet riporta un orario della colazione sbagliato 06:30 invece che 07:00 ed in hotel non è esposto l'orario corretto

Hotel molto pulito, comodo all'autostrada. Dista circa 45 mins con i mezzi pubblici da Canstatten Wasen. Camera pulita.
