Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your feedback. I am truly sorry to learn that your stay did not meet your expectations. I regret that the hotel did not reflect what you anticipated from the photos and that the traffic noise affected your rest. We understand how important a good night’s sleep is, and I sincerely apologize that this was disrupted during your stay. Please know that we are continuously exploring solutions to improve sound insulation and guest comfort. In future visits, we would be happy to allocate a room in a quieter area of the hotel, subject to availability. On a positive note, I am pleased to read that you found the breakfast varied.
