The pool water was dirty and murky. Unhygienic for swimming. The food at ombak cafe needs to be improved. We had dinner at the Cafe and waited more than half hour for food to arrive when there wasn't many customers. When the food arrived, the chicken was overgrilled and dark and supposed to come with mash potato but was given fries instead.

Generally great stay. Check in was quite fast. There is pool and gym which is ok for 4 star hotel. There is also beach although I think you cannot swim there. Breakfast is so-so. Room is quite large and no mineral water is provided as they provide a filtered water tap. Checked out on 11 May 2024 at 6am to catch a plane and the receptionist was very helpful (forgot his name). Happy that since we cannot have breakfast, they prepared sandwich, muffin, fruit and juice. It was raining hard and couldn’t find an online taxi. The receptionist was very helpful by calling a cab. Appreciate that. Minus is location is quite far from city centre.
