The service is very amazing, the waiters are very nice and very helpful as well. The food is simply to die for!! Compliments to the chef!! The waiter, Erick, was very nice to us as first time comers. I highly recommend this beautiful restaurant to my friends and family

We loved the experience at dinner. Grace took care of us with lots of attention! The food is delicious. We particularly enjoyed the main courses, the meat and the dessert. Very good the list of available wines. Fantastic 360 view of Nairobi at night!

On a pris un verre au restaurant Baluba qui se trouve au 2eme étage de l'hotel ...les cocktails sont top ( au !! On a été servi par Sheila ,un accueil chaleureux et un service exceptionnel! Tres belle expérience...Je recommande à 200%!!! Super!!

En tant que membre Diamond, je résumerai cet hôtel en deux mots: sourire et gentillesse. Le personnel est gentil et agréable du début jusqu’à la fin. Nous sommes arrivé avec des problèmes de visa, de soucis de bagages,…. Et dès le début le personnel vous met à l’aise en vous déstressant. Sinon la chambre est d’une propreté impeccable et AMOS a répondu à toutes nos attentes, voir plus! MERCY a l’accueil et son sourire, NAOMI et son professionnalise, JOSEPH qui nous a aidé pour notre bagage à l’aéroport. Sans parler de toutes les petites attentions du début à la fin de notre séjour. Et la magnifique piscine où MARJORY a su s’occuper de nous et YEGO au bar. La sécurité est au rendez vous et très professionnelle. Je passe sur les fleurs fraîches en chambre, le bar à chocolats, les avantages de la fidélité au groupe ACCOR parfaitement respectés…. Pour finir nous avons essayé le restaurant the VIEW: a faire une fois dans sa vie. Et pour clore la perfection PATRICK WAMBUA qui vient s’inquiéter de notre bien être tout au long de notre séjour: un vrai professionnel. On reviendra!
