The best massage and kindest receptionist totally worth the visit the music and ambience is all perfect I really feel pampered when I come. They give you fruits and tea and juice at the end :) thank you! All so much for the best experience and the best service

Breeze - breakfast buffet restaurant experience

READ TILL THE END! Unfortunately Movinpick's BIdaa, Kuwait Breakfast *Breeze* restaurant was the worst experience we've ever faced back on Monday 7Oct, 2024, I advise no one tries it anymore its a loss of money and appetite!I will state what happened exactly as follows: -We went for the breakfast as it was my mother's birthday so my sister invited us as she imagined it's a 5 stars well-known hotel so she expected a service as a 5 stars. -My mom ordered fresh cheese zatar Fatayer/manaeesh as the one in Buffet was cold, she repeated the order 6 times for the -so called chef- who apparently doesn't understand either Arabic nor English, she was forced to repeat again for another chef. Eventually she received the fatayer without zaatar and not cooked well at all! -the worst issue; ordered my eggs omlette style with cheese, I received it on the table RAW omlette!(I can see the omlette as raw as possible so watery)! -Salmon in the buffet was smelling and tasting strange as it looked kinda gray(old) and my sister asked to change it. -the butter which is essential in any breakfast buffet was served not in a Pro way(the butter was covered by paper) usually it comes by piece and the Customer opens it indivually. So we just wanted to fill the Manager with our comments as my mom's mood changed due to the terrible food service! He came to us like, I'll bring you the head chef he's French. The head chef was showing off that he was in FRANCE, we informed him that my mom has been to atleast 20 countries and she knows France very well. We faced him with our issues he was like "that's our standard omlette" "I was in France" "this fatayer is ordered specially" the fatayer was already there in the buffet he doesn't even know what's in the buffet! They brought a third egyptian chef assistant and he eventually started screaming and being rude to my sister! Even the manager tries to stop him. The cameras shows his attitude! I asked them one question they didn't give me an answer -if you both are the real chefs why weren't you supervising or checking any of the food station?! And why didn't you come to me in the beginning when I mentioned that my omlette is RAW!? (Neither the lebanese headchef nor the Egyptian assistant were working who served us were Asian juniors who don't know anything about COOKING!) -anyways after all the drama we mentioned that we didn't want to stay any longer and they were like OK whatever do what you want were not giving you your coupons back then the manager were forced to call SHEEEL by sister. -their attitude was the worst ever occurred and what made me upset that it was a special day for us we even brought a cake as a surprise but it's all ruined very badly! -actually Sheeel was so responsive and respectful as they received the food photos(except the omllete which I regret not taking picture for it) -they didn't care at all once they saw me actually taking pictures for the rest of the uncooked food they were like no please don't do it! I mean why weren't you acting respectful from the beginning? And that's almost all what happened, it was the worst experience ever! Although we joined Movinpick several times before (breakfast, new years eve, branch) but this time hit different. Long story short I will not forgive this restaurant as the staff (Egyptian rest manager, Lebanese headchef & Egyptian assistant who was the worse)  ruined the whole day and let us boil and spoiled my mom's birthday! It's less that 2 stars hotel level now it's a shame. take care of your family and children not to eat raw food and get poisoned!

It was excellent stay and the food was very tasty and staffs are very friendly,really amazing stay and really I hope in the future to stay back in this beautiful place, We enjoyed the rich breakfast and also the lunch at Breeze Restaurant. We ordered their famous and distinctive beef burger, which has the original classic American taste.

I have few issues: The reception takes long time to answer from The room and the response sometimes below average, the material of the key card very sensitive,most of the staff are helpful in the pool and ine restaurant in the breakfast I have issue with one of the egg chefs I'll tell the manager may be it's not that issue but as a 5 stars hotel and the name of the hotel I should tell to improve the service in respect way, otherwise we had a good vacation their

The resort was very good and the rooms are spacious especially the three bedroom suite and the breakfast have alot of variety and very tasty. I highly recommend it for family especially if you have kids and you want to spend some quality time in kuwait
