Your immense kindness, professionalism and overall effort placed with your clients was refreshing and hugely appreciative. Small hotel, clean located a bit out of the city. Close to a few small shops. About 15 drive to avenues mall. Rooms are small. Barely enough room to put out 2 suitcases. The most annoying thing is no power points beside the beds. The only real problem we had was the shower drain was very slow to drain. Probably wouldn't stay again as hotels close to the big malls are more appealing to me

I celebrated my birthday here. Simple and yet they made it special. They have surprised me and my wife with a birthday cake. They have arranged the room with care and attention to detail. All of the staff specially in the reception and restaurant are amazing. Thank you Ibis Sharq

My stay was pleasant, with clean and comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Housekeeping staff, Satendra and Ravi, were always available and ready to help, especially with operating the self-laundry machines. I would like to thank all the members of IBIS Sharq for making my stay comfortable.
