Amazing customer service fantastic staff and beautiful ambience of Movenpick Free Zone. I came last evening and was received by Njemi what an amazing person. There was a confusion on my booking but she made sure with her beautiful smile got my accommodation sorted and upgraded me too. At check out again another wonderful person Mary who with her cordiality made the check out a nice experience making me feel to be back soon again.

The hospitality is perfect all the staff are very asissting specially the reception miss marry and miss njeri. The brwakfast is very tasty i just want to suggest to make vaeiety of food. And housekeeping are very good and nice all staff are smiling good

Good experience-nice receptionist Miss Marry and njeri every thing is good they help me a lot , and the staff in the restaurant who asissted me with the breakfast. Hotel is very nice all staff are accommodating as well as the food are tasty thank you all.

It was a good stay here in movenpick the design of the room is fantastic, very thank you for the good service specially reception miss marry and mr ajay who help me. Also the breakfast buffet is very tasty the housekeeping is very helpful thank you so much everyone
