Upon review with our airport team, it appears there was a mix-up in the flight information provided to us. We were given a different flight information during your booking while your actual flight was a different one. Since these flights operate on different airlines and terminals, our team was unfortunately not present at the correct location. We understand how frustrating this delay must have been and we appreciate your understanding that accurate flight details are essential to ensure a smooth and timely transfer.
